Returns Policy.

1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the design before production begins.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

3. Non-Custom Products
For non-customised items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective.

4. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

5. Shipping Issues
CustomCut Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. In cases of lost or delayed packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but no refund will be provided for shipping delays outside of our control.
