All custom design requests require detailed specifications from the client. Once the design is approved, production will begin. Due to the nature of custom work, any changes after production starts may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honour any quoted price at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer local pickup, domestic shipping, and international delivery. Shipping times are estimates, and CustomCut Creations is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service or customs in international deliveries.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs created by CustomCut Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Reproducing or using any materials, logos, or designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability
CustomCut Creations is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that arise from using our services or products.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed per the laws of NSW, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
